History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Peter was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Peter decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the south. Chay was born on a far southern island where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Junk Dealer. He guards a vault combo very seriously as well as the key needed to open it.
