History: Gifted from a young age, Halander studied abroad. He always admired arcane-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Halfling activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Halfling doctor. He bought a dagger and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.
