Because his father participated in the massacre of their homeland, illithids burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the north, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his mother from journeying north to reunite his family. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. He is always in debt, since he spends his money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: He was raised in a forest tribe. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and to prove his worth to the world

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He wears brown robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a axe, but if one is not available he will default to his mace. He keeps his chestnut hair in a pixie cut. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: Born in the south to a Locksmith, Merihim learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. A gifted student he started as a Sailor, but he got bored and became a Locksmith. He became a Locksmith soon after.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg.

Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day
