History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Through the years after Serpent was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Serpent's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Serpent and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his father. In his 15th year, his parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Dimble alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has achieved small success as a Butcher.

Description: He is a physically imposing dark-skinned man. He has a large tan mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into his grey robe. His blonde hair is still thick. His brown unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Wrenn embodies much of what other species detest in the Gnomes. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. After coming to the age of reason, Wrenn took it upon himself to study the psionic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and he is greedy

He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He seeks to pay back kindness whenever he gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip he always seeks to do solids for his friends.

History: Born to a Herbalist, his father struggled to pay the bills. In his 12th year, his parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Balimaar alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Detective for hire.

Motivation: A deep hatred of illithids; and sabotage a competitor
