Personality: He is happy with his job as a Slave Trader. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He disdains his fellow easterners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. His childhood dream was to be a Bounty Hunter, but he was a colossal failure. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. He has had some formal painting training, and achieved minor success. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and balancing his hectic life and new detective responsibilities is difficult

History: He was born in the north. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: Uthemar was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He struck the Soapmaker job and began his own company from there.
