History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Halflings in the north were limited. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and wants to open a new tavern

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered music. He has never given up on his music dream.

Description: An older man who is typically in his Courier uniform, he is not a threatening figure. His brown hair is long and unkept. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep brown.

Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: Born to a Barkeep, his mother struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Courier hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Courier for hire.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and balancing his hectic life and new courier responsibilities is difficult

Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he wears a pastel costume with the symbols of the sun god on his torso. His red hair has been sun bleached extensively. His face is scarred and worn.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. Being a Spice Merchant kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he is wearing a perfectly clean shirt and pair of pants. He has a brown handlebar mustache and slicked back brown hair. His green unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. In his 18th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: He feels threatened by others; and retire the richest man in the east
