Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Howard was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He became a Banker soon after.
