History: He comes from a rich northern family. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: Born to a Mayor, his mother struggled to pay the bills. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 15 years.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He tends to his Spice Merchant job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
