He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Halfling in existence. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Bulzo was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He found several beat up suits of armor and, cannibalizing spare parts, he put together a working one.
