History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Scribe work with an outfit from a few towns over. Scribe work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. At some point he was captured by giants and was tortured. After several years of this he finally managed to escape. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Cartwright arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge.
