History: Halander was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Expert, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Expert in service of a powerful lord somewhere. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the north. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage daughter.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Cook arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and wants to work out more often

Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his father. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Half-Orc conditions. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and he is content

Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. Being a Gardener kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
