Description: 3'0" and muscular, this southern man wears an entirely blue suit with violet socks and a vest with buckled shoes. He sports a long black beard, and similarly colored long hair. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. In his 13th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Through the years after Naill was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Naill's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Through the years after Kelter was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Kelter's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Kelter and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge
