Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he wears brown painted combat armor at almost all times. He has a brown handlebar mustache and slicked back brown hair. He has gleaming, smiling amber eyes.

Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Nelkin is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense.
