Description: A pudgy man standing about 2'10" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He is well dressed, constantly wearing a white suit, green shirt, and red tie. His hair is always cut to a buzz. His skin is flawless and his blue eyes scan people very quickly.

History: Darrow was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor.
