History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In his 15th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Varis alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Shoemaker arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.
