History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

Description: This man is bedraggled and starved. He wears pastel leather gloves, a pastel jacket, and tight pants. His head has been shaved. This gray eyed southerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. Ogbur is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: Ogbur was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Wants to raise his children well; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother

Description: With violet face paint in a stripe pattern across his face, he wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with feathered hat. His moppish black hair is in a traditional bowl cut. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his gray eyes.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: He was born in a small plains village. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Himo took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up quarterstaff and armor he uses now. He bought a quarterstaff and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.
