History: Born to a Blacksmith, his father struggled to pay the bills. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out.

History: Born in the north to a Guard, Charles learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. While he appears to be a normal Half-Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
