Description: He is an average looking eastern male in his early mid-life. He wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. He has blue eyes.
Personality: He hates illithids. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.
History: Adrik hails from a village terrorized by illithids. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: Revenge; and someone believes him a fraud

Description: He wears a simple tan robe with brown stripes complete with hood. He is bristling with hidden weapons, mostly kukris and shortbows. His red hair is long and unkept. His eyes are a pleasant brown.
Personality: The man has a huge range of feeling. He will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how he will be a better person from this day on. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.
History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Kipper fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and seeks redemption

Description: He typically wears blue cloth garments or leather armor, and he perpetually has his longsword ready. His brown hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his hazel eyes.
Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.
History: John was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. John fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Personality: This man loves singing and to teach people singing more than just about anything. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Fisher business.
History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He found a children's book about a Half-Orc Ranger who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Description: 6'5" and lanky with angular features, he is an attractive figure. He dresses well, wearing tan shirts, loose pants, and blazers most of the time. He has styled his golden hair well, parting it to the left. His eyes are green and catlike.
Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.
History: Heward was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He found a children's book about a Human Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.
