Description: This eastern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body. His auburn hair is cut short. He tend to wears goggles to shield his eyes.

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Halflings.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Hobart took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up shortspear and armor he uses now. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with deerstalker hat. He wears a colorful flower in his black hair. His violet eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. Darrow is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He got into the Mason business at a young age. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Halfling conditions. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: To unite with his brother.

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty brown coat over it. His white hair is matted, messy, and big. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: Calm and collected, he is a well trained Butcher. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: Born in the east his family was never financially stable. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Butcher. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Butcher.

Description: This man wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination. He has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized amethyst on his left hand. His red hair is heavily combed to the left. His half smiles and red eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. A friendly and beautiful Tiefling, he is rarely seen without a few beauties around his arms. Though a playboy in all rights, he is no lame duck.

History: Born in the east to a Armorer, Therai learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever he goes.

Description: A moderately attractive man, he is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. He keeps his auburn hair in a flapper bob. His blue eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: He was born at the edge of vast island. He always admired martial-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and nothing but the best is good enough for him
