History: Born to a Crown-heir, his father struggled to pay the bills. He found a children's book about a Elf Monk who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his father. Gimurt was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Gimurt decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Through the years after Kildrak was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Kildrak's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
