Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he wears a suit in poor condition. It has not been laundered in sometime and has been worn in activities one would not normally wear a suit during. His beige fur is drawn into a tight pony tail with a card scrunchie. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. The war was a terrible time for him, and Skirt does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Through the years after Skirt was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. History: Born in the west to a Beggar, Ghaliver learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. While he appears to be a normal Halfling, he's... not quite right.
