Description: A man with a calm yet intense air about him, he likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. His dark red hair is knotted and matted. His red eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he has decided he is irredeemable

Description: This man stands a little under 6'1" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with broad hat. His fur is brown and very short. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.

Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Serpent was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Serpent liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. Being a Soapmaker kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

He is bald on top and has large brown tufts of hair around his ears. His fierce brown eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: He was born at the edge of vast island. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Elven artifacts is his passion; and to reunite with his old friends

Description: This light-skinned male wears very tight pants and wife beaters, though occasionally he sports a blue coat. He is tall, broad shouldered and powerfully built. Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Halfling culture. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: Born to a Cartwright, his mother struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Shoemaker hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He's also a talented Cartwright, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and expand his business

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: He was born in the north. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has achieved small success as a Detective.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Detective responsibilities is difficult.
