History: Zephan was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. Zephan was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Zephan decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. Personality: He is mildly Tiefling supremacist, though he does not identify as such. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: Valafar lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: Marry his brother to traveling adventurers; and doesn't want to be a laborer and was forced into it by his family
