History: The child of a Fletcher, who enjoyed hunting, Qualen was taken on many hunting expeditions. He worked as a nervous Bellfounder and found it very stressful. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Bellfounder for the past few years.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Bookbinder but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the west. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
