Description: The light-skinned man stands 3'5" and wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized black coat. His silver hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. His eyes are a pleasant violet.
Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He is stubborn though. He always likes to keep a trick up his sleeve. He likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if he feels he even has a chance of losing.
History: Gifted from a young age, Qualen studied abroad. Qualen was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Qualen decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal.

Description: This malnourished man wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty grey coat over it. He keeps his chestnut hair in a flapper bob. He has gray eyes.
Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.
History: He was born on a small isolated farm. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Charles took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up hammer and armor he uses now. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and sabotage a competitor

Description: He is a husky man, who wears a brown cloak and cross-gartered red stockings. His brass crest is matted, messy, and big. He has a dull look in his red eyes.
Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.
History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
Motivation: Revenge; and to get a good night's sleep

Description: He stands about 5'3" and is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of his physical features obscured. His left leg appears badly burned and disfigured. His cinnamon fur is kept up in a ponytail inside a Stetson hat. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.
Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.
History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His first spouse was a Shepherd, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has since lost track of the people in his past.
Motivation: To unite with his brother; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion
