History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Half-Elven conditions. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by drow. Efferil was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the drow.
