He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

He wishes to return this artifact and its corrupting influence back to where it came.
