He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He's also a talented Laborer, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by goblins, and he desires to right it; and balancing his hectic life and new blacksmith responsibilities is difficult

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his father. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Tharivol fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.
