Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Dragonborn in existence. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. His father was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. Some 10 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Hirrathak never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well.
