History: Born in the south to a Mortician, Howard learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Mortician responsibilities is difficult.

History: The child of a Miner, who enjoyed hunting, Chad was taken on many hunting expeditions. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and to prove his worth to the world

History: Adelard was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Sage.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and balancing his hectic life and new sage responsibilities is difficult
