History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. After a long history of fighting, Varis and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He tends to his Actor job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the west. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Tabaxis in the west were limited. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Shifting fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: Charles was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.
