History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Smoking was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. History: He was born on a small isolated farm. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: Gubu was born the youngest of three triplets. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion
