Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Personality: He is a Carter first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: William lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Carter. He's also a talented Hunter, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it; and sabotage a competitor

History: He got into the Junk Dealer business at a young age. His childhood dream was to be a Glassblower, but he was a colossal failure. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Glassblower they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Junk Dealer, and he later adopted a second son.
