History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Delebean grew up listening to his father's many stories. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.
