Description: An older man who wears a simple yellow robe with brown stripes complete with hood, he is not a threatening figure. His long white crest is drawn into a two foot long braid. His skin is flawless and his gold eyes scan people very quickly.

Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Mehen is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He found a children's book about a Dragonborn Ranger who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. History: Born in the north to a Butcher, Heian learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. Some 7 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Heian never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his father had trained him before.
