His red eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Description: A middle-aged man, he wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment, and is pretty ugly. His small hat is riddled with cuts and holes. His eyes are hazel and beady.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.

History: Uraim was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Paladin, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Paladin in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Description: He is in excellent shape and is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. Brottor is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: Brottor was born with his father's beautiful face. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Adventurer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: To unite with his brother; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother

Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he wears a blue tunic with pastel highlights, and long brown pants that bunch up around his shoes. He sports a long golden beard, and similarly colored long hair. His brown eyes peer out from beneath his wide-brimmed blue hat.

Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the north. In his 13th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He is wracked by social anxiety; and nothing but the best is good enough for him
