History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage daughter.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Through the years after Hirrathak was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Hirrathak's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: To clean up the streets; and to reunite with his absent mother
