History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. His parents enrolled him in a Warrior school at a young age so that he could practice his psionic talents. He was granted psionic powers by his dying sister.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Through the years after Cimer was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Cimer's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
