He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Fallond grew up listening to his mother's many stories. Through the years after Fallond was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Fallond's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns.
