History: He got into the Unemployed business at a young age. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal
