History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by goblins, and he desires to right it

History: Cressel was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. Through the years after Rhogar was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Rhogar's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has never given up on his music dream.
