History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.
