Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Description: He very much looks the part of a Mercenary. His hair is short and red. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep brown.
Personality: Morkral speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of illithids may trigger it at times.
History: Morkral was raised in a hard working conservative environment. In his youth he was a Healer, and wanted to be a champion fighter when he grew up. He was working during a period of war, and as one of the natives he lived in fear of joining the others in being slaughtered. He saw the brutality and swore off his fighting aspirations, taking his younger brother on his back after seeing his parents die, and fled the country. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: Many illithids want him driven away; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

Description: This fat western man has a bulbous nose and wears a grey shirt with thin tan vertical stripes and black pants. His skin is also unnaturally pale. Sporting a white mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. He is baby faced.
Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.
History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Arumawann liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He bought a warhammer and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.
Motivation: To end his boredom.

He has dyed his greying blonde hair a little too much giving a sharp blonde color. His green eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.
Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.
History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He now owns his own business.
Motivation: Money/treasure; and obtaining odd cultural half-elven artifacts is his passion

Description: This late middle aged man wears dull grey sweaters, loose blue pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed falchion, just in case and is in decent physical shape. He has moderate length beige fur. His green eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.
Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes drow are coming to abduct people. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.
History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Laborer work with an outfit from a few towns over. Laborer work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He struck the Laborer job and began his own company from there.
Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he seems to be bored by most things
