History: He got into the Guard business at a young age. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Gnomish activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Gnomish doctor. He tends to his Guard job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. While he appears to be a normal Halfling, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. He is stubborn though. He always likes to keep a trick up his sleeve. He likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if he feels he even has a chance of losing.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. He moved out east to avoid the crime he committed. Some 8 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Motivation: To pay off his debts; and he made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it
