History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Brewer arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Through the years after Nykkan was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Nykkan's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Nykkan and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Slave Trader born in the past three hundred years. He is obsessed with finding treasure.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Slave Trader hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Gerald fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In his 16th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Astar alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Some 4 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Astar never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it.
