Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Through the years after Kipper was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Kipper's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Barber. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.
