After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

History: He was raised in a desert tribe. Like his father and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Ploughman. He now owns his own business.

History: He is a Jackalwere in disguise. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Fortune-teller hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature greataxe.

History: Born in the south to a Bookbinder, Kildrak learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. A gifted student he started as a Carpenter, but he got bored and became a Bookbinder. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.
