Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Elegant is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. When River reached his early adolescence his Tabaxi father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He has achieved small success as a Junk Dealer.

Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.
