History: Born to a Miner, his father struggled to pay the bills. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Mason responsibilities is difficult.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with writing. He constantly tries to fill his life with writing. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Spear is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

History: He is a Lamia in disguise. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.
