Description: 3'0" and lanky with angular features, he is an attractive figure. He wears a brown tunic with yellow highlights, and long white pants that bunch up around his shoes. His tied-back hair is black. His eyes are blue and catlike.

Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of dire rats may trigger it at times.

History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Bertram has worked very hard to control his curse. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Bertram was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the dire rats.

Motivation: A deep hatred of dire rats.
